Create your username and password by clicking here. Begin the self-assessment process by completing the form.
Self-assessment
Get access to general and sector-specific evaluation criteria from KoçZer's supplier management team.
Membership fee
Pay the Membership Fee: - Hazardous / Non-Hazardous Wastes and Scrap Sector: 15.000 TL + VAT - Other: 8.500 TL + VAT
Audit
An independent audit firm will conduct a verification visit. The payment includes the audit fee and a 2-year membership.
Approval
Companies with positive self-assessment and verification results will remain in the supplier system for 2 years.
Offer
Suppliers can submit bids to KoçZer in the sectors they have been approved for.
Reassessment
At the end of two years, a conformity and accuracy check will be conducted again.

Ensuring secure and transparent communication throughout our supplier processes is our priority. Please take note of the following:
· We exclusively use corporate email addresses ending with @koczer.com.
· We do not request payments via phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
· We never request payments to personal bank accounts under any circumstances.
· All payments must be made exclusively to the official bank account registered under the name “Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Tic. A.Ş.”
· The KoçZer Supplier System membership fee must be paid to the specified official bank account only after the “Self-Assessment” step is completed.
· Aside from the membership fee, we do not request any additional payments such as deposits, guarantees, or similar charges.
