KoçZer's 2025 vision is centered on digitalization, international growth, and investments.


Our General Manager, Serhan Turfan, was a guest in the latest "Procurement and Supply Leaders" issue, which has been prepared by Ekonomist magazine for the last four years with contributions from KoçZer.

In his interview, he stated that as the supply chain and procurement company of the Koç Group, we have set two important goals at the forefront of the new era with our strategies for digitalization and international growth.


Our Digitalization Strategy is at the Core

Noting that digital transformation in procurement and supply chain management is accelerating, Turfan said that according to Gartner's forecasts, generative artificial intelligence will power 25% of logistics KPIs by 2028. He highlighted that we aim to digitalize at least 70% of all our procurement processes by 2027.


Turfan shared that as one of the most important steps in this transformation, our ZerGO B2B marketplace platform saw a 40-fold increase in the number of buyers from January to May 2025, and the number of products on the platform exceeded 270,000.


Growing in the European Market with Romania

Turfan stated that we took the first step in our international expansion by establishing KoçZer Romania SRL in 2024. We aim to reach a sales volume of 30 million Euros in the first year and 100 million Euros within three years. He emphasized that by evaluating cooperation opportunities with EU countries, we plan to carry our successful model from Turkey to international markets.


360-Degree Solutions with Media and Creative Agency Investments

Speaking about our restructuring of Ingage under the OneIngage roof by taking over WPP shares at the end of 2024, Turfan explained that this was done to expand our media and production procurement services. With this new structure, we have brought our expertise in media buying, creativity, and technology together under one roof.
