This month’s ‘Future of Your Business with Zer’ series takes an in-depth look at the transportation industry

The transportation sector was the main theme of the third installment of our live broadcast series, in which we focus on a different industry each month in cooperation with Nasıl Bir Ekonomi (NBE) newspaper. The broadcast was moderated by Hakan Güldağ, chairman of NBE’s Board of Directors.

Speakers at the event included Nilhan Akçay, Zer services procurement manager; Hikmet Albayrak, deputy chairman of the Executive Board of Altur Turizm; Kerem Birant, general manager of GÜR-SEL Turizm; Turgay Gül, chairman of the Board of Directors of the ISTAB Istanbul Transportation Association and member of the ITO 22nd Committee Assembly; and NBE Editor-in-Chief Vahap Munyar.

The live discussion tackled changes, challenges, and opportunities within the industry, along with various obstacles facing the sector, such as vehicle maintenance costs, rising fuel prices, the limited supply of vehicles, and the need for a qualified labor force.
