Meet Our New Generation Agency Model that Redefines Marketing and Technology

As KoçZer, we have transformed Ingage — founded in 2018 through our partnership with WPP — into an integrated agency model under the OneIngage brand by acquiring 100% of its shares.

By combining our long-standing experience in both offline and online media with the evolving needs of the marketing world, we have built a fully integrated agency structure. The first step of this transformation began at the end of 2024, when we fully acquired Ingage, originally established in partnership with WPP, under the KoçZer umbrella. With this strategic move, Ingage has become a 100% Koç Group company, taking our media investments to the next level.

Through this integration, we brought together our offline media operations, Ingage’s online media capabilities, as well as our technology and creativity services — all under one roof: OneIngage.

A New Chapter in Our 20+ Year Media Journey

Our media journey, which began in 2003 by managing centralized media buying for Koç Group companies, now enters a new era with the establishment of OneIngage. KoçZer General Manager and OneIngage Board Member Serhan Turfan shared the strategic significance of this transformation:

“Our media journey, which began 21 years ago, continued in 2018 with the institutionalization of our digital marketing services through our global partnership with WPP. Ingage emerged as the digital marketing representation of this experience. Under the OneIngage umbrella, we established three specialized companies to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions across media, creativity, and technology:

InMedia360 unites our offline media experience with Ingage’s digital capabilities to offer end-to-end solutions in strategy, planning, optimization, and measurement. The company is led by Zafer Tipigil, who brings over 25 years of experience in media and marketing. Tipigil shared his vision:
