This year's main theme has been determined as "Leaders Managing Change."

Turkey's Leaders Shape the Future

This year, Umut Baba, President of Trade at BİM Ticaret, who manages a procurement budget of 364.9 billion TL, once again secured the top spot. Cem Kural, Assistant General Manager responsible for Procurement and Supply Chain at Beko, came in second, managing a budget of 250 billion TL.
